Sliema Wanderers midfielder Michele Sansone is on the radar of Premier League sides Birkirkara and Gudja United, the Times of Malta can confirm.
Sources close to the Birkirkara administration have confirmed their interest in the 22-year-old midfielder.
Times of Malta understands that Birkirkara are the favourites to win the race for Sansone’s signature. However, Sliema Wanderers are yet to accept their offer.
Sansone has played three games for Sliema this season, with his latest appearance being on December 18, in the 2-1 victory over Tarxien Rainbows.
