Gudja United have completed the signing of Serbian midfielder Filip Pankarican, the Times of Malta can confirm.
The 27-year-old Serbian midfielder has agreed personal terms with the Premier League side and has put pen to paper on a deal until the end of the season.
Gudja United are seeing the signing of Pankarican as a major piece of business as coach Jesmond Zammit is looking to fill in the void left by Brazilian attacking midfielder Yuri Messias who has moved to a club in Bahrain.
Pankarican started his career in his native Serbia as he was on the books of FK Senta and Beocin before heading to Slovakia in 2017 when he joind Duslo Sala.
In 2017 he made his move to the Slovakian top-division when he signed for SKF Sered.
This season, Pankarican has made 14 appearances with the clubs, scoring four goals and providing four assists.
