Devis Mangia presents national team shirt to Enteractive

Malta’s national football team coach gives ‘team talk’ as part of training day

Enteractive, the Maltese-based leader in retention for the iGaming sector, was presented with a Malta national football team shirt by Devis Mangia, who also offered strategy advice to attending staff as part of a company training day.

Pedram Padidar, Enteractive COO, and Daniel Larsson, CCO, joined Mangia on the touchline to accept the shirt, which bears the Enteractive name on the back.

Mangia delivered a presentation to the Enteractive team about strategy, drawing on his original words to the national team when he first began his tenure as coach. While originally meant for the pitch, the strategy advice was equally powerful for the Enteractive audience and the commitment they share to the company’s success and growth.

Mangia spoke about high performance and culture, retelling his learnings from the likes of celebrated former Italian national team head coach Arrigo Sacchi, and from his own experiences at clubs across Italy, Romania and from his appointment in Malta almost 18 months ago.

In the bespoke event, one of Enteractive’s attendees was former professional footballer, Alex Nilsson, who has worked in the company’s Swedish, UK and Canadian operations for the past three years.

Nilsson commented: “Mr Mangia shared many great insights, and talking with him for an hour was a highlight of the day.

“The game of football has progressed so much in terms of numbers and data – it’s not only about who’s scoring goals in training, it’s so much more these days, tracking physical and health, fitness, fatigue, and more.”

“It was particularly relevant to hear Mr Mangia talk about dealing with people and developing a high-performance culture within an organisation, in his case the relationship with the footballer and the person behind the footballer.

“We found the talk was very relatable for all of us at Enteractive – focussed on maintaining high performance, and getting the best out of everybody so that we can deliver at the highest level for our clients more of the time”.

Enteractive this week launched a new player-centric service, Engager, to give operators more personalisation in their player engagement strategies.

The company more than 12 years of experience in player reactivation, putting Enteractive in the top four traffic generators globally for the iGaming sector.
