Will Donkin has made his move to Mosta FC a permanent one after signing a one-year contract, the Times of Malta can confirm.
The speedy winger joined the Blues from Balzan on loan until the end of the season and his performances have convinced the club’s top hierarchy to turn his move into a permanent one.
Donkin, who was born in Taiwan but holds an English passport, made five appearances for Mosta last season and scored on goal.
At the start of his career he spent a few years in England with some established clubs’ academies such as Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Barnet before heading to Norway where he played for Stabaek.
Donkin is the third signing for Mosta after on Wednesday they completed the transfer of Brazilian midfielder Anderson De Barros and had also acquired the services of Colombian midfielder Luis Riascos.
