Mosta FC have reached an agreement with veteran striker Michael Mifsud over a new contract extension, the Premier League club announced.
Mifsud joined Mosta FC from Sirens FC during January’s transfer window and helped the club to finish in sixth place in the Premier League, which has yielded qualification t the UEFA Europa Conference League.
The confirmation of Mifsud is seen as a boost for Mosta FC as his experience and scoring skills will be important for the Blues despite the fact that the veteran forward is now 40 years old.
In fact, the fact that Mifsud will have the opportunity to start a season from the start with Mosta FC could turn out to be a much better chance for him to leave his influence on the team as the Blues look to repeat the excellent results obtained during 2020-21 season.
