Valletta FC have confirmed the signing of Croatian attacking midfielder Ivan Curjuric.
The attacking midfielder has been in Malta for some days now and has put pen to paper on a one-year contract.
“Valletta Football Club is pleased to announce the official agreement with Croatian attacking midfielder Ivan Curjuric,” the Premier League club said in a statement.
“The 31-year-old midfielder from Zadar has joined the Citizens and signed a one-year contract with our club.
“Ivan started his youth career with his hometown Club NK Zadar, he continued his career by joining GNK Dinamo Zagreb and HNK Hajduk Split.
“His senior career saw him playing for various clubs mainly in Croatia, playing for clubs including HNK Hajduk Split, NK Zadar & NK Zagreb.
“In 2013 he moved to Cyprus where he mainly played for Nea Salamis Famagusta FC, Ayia Napa FC, ACS Poli Timișoara & Enosis Neon Paralimni FC.
“In 2018 he moved to Bosnia playing for FK Željezničar Sarajevo, HŠK Zrinjski Mostar & FK Olimpik.
