Mellieħa Libertas have added another name to their list this summer as forward Jeremy Joyner has signed, the Mellieħa club has announced.
For the former Life University running eagle player, this is the first professional contract after his time playing college ball.
The 6’10 forward from Georgia is said to be an athletic big and has put up 61.1% of his field-goal attempts and 9.2 points per game in his senior year at Life University in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) championship last season.
Mellieħa will be looking to utilise Joyner as they switch things around ahead of the new season, after a 2020-21 season which saw them finish the prematurely-ended league in fifth place.
