Watch: Keith Marshall speaks on his drive to help others with Ben Camille

Philanthropist Keith Marshall told Ben Camille how he decided to make a huge change in his lifestyle to try and help those persons in need.

Marshall was a full-time pharmacist by day and a party-organiser by night. But then a meeting with Fr George Grima changed his life.

“One day I was looking at the newspaper and read about Fr George Grima who was shot twice in Brazil in his attempt to stop a child prostitution ring in Brazil,” Marshall said.

“Three days later, he came to my office in Valletta and I ended up going with him to Ethiopia. It was more like a challenge for me. When I was there, I immediately realised that there was much more to life that I have seen before.

“Three or four years later I returned with him to Ethiopia and he asked me if we had a project in a city close to where we were. I told him let’s go back to the place we worked a few years before and from a convent and two houses that we built the place developed into a whole village. And that increased my enthusiasm to continue working for people in need.”

Liverpool host Arsenal at Anfield

Keith Marshall and Ben Camille then gave their predictions on the hottest games from this weekend’s leagues in England, Italy and Malta.

Liverpool play hosts to Arsenal on Saturday and Marshall believes that the match at Anfield will finish in a goalless draw. On the other hand, Camille has tipped Liverpool to take all three points.

Liverpool come into the match determined to bounce back from their defeat at West Ham before the international break.

Sitting four points behind Chelsea – and two ahead of Arsenal – fourth-placed Liverpool can ill afford another setback after two league games without a win.

Jurgen Klopp will again be banking on the attacking prowess of his star man Mohammed Salah as the Reds look to close the gap on leaders Chelsea.

However, Liverpool will have to do with an Arsenal side who look rejuvenated after a poor start to the season as they are on an impressive run of eight matches without defeat.

Not even leaders Chelsea took as many points over that period as Arsenal have won six and drawn two to climb to fifth in the table.

Fuelled by the emergence of young England midfielder Emile Smith Rowe and Arteta’s successful overhaul of his previously leaky defence, Arsenal are dreaming of a return to the Champions League via a top-four finish.

Inter face crucial Napoli tie

In the Italian Serie A, joint-leaders Napoli will travel to San Siro to take on champions Inter.

Marshall tipped Napoli to take the spoils while Camille believes Inter will emerge victorious.

Inter can ill-afford to drop points if they are to keep alive their hopes of retaining the Scudetto.

Inter come into the clash at the San Siro with an apparent mini injury crisis coming to an end, with Edin Dzeko among those who looked to be out but who should be available for Simone Inzaghi.

They will be missing starting centre-back Stefan de Vrij but Alessandro Bastoni appears to have recovered from the muscle injury which kept him out of Italy’s dismal goalless draw with Northern Ireland on Monday.

Napoli, who along with co-leaders Milan are the only unbeaten sides in the Italian Serie A, meanwhile have an almost full squad available for their trip north, with Kalidou Koulibaly back following his suspension for a red card late last month.

Having Koulibaly back for such a huge match is great news for Luciano Spalletti, who returns to the San Siro for the first time since being replaced by Antonio Conte at Inter in 2019.

Leaders Hibernians face champions Ħamrun

The Maltese Premier League returns with a huge fixture as leaders Hibernians take on champions Ħamrun Spartans on Sunday.

Marshall tipped Hibernians to prevail in their clash against the Spartans while Camille feels that this match would end in a draw.

The Paolites are currently enjoying a three-point lead at the top of the Premier League standings and will be relishing the prospect of serving some retribution to the Spartans who pipped them to the Premier League title last season.

Hibernians have been the most consistent side this season and their title credentials face a major test against the Spartans who are determined to get back in contention in the title race.

In fact, Ħamrun have failed to replicate their impressive form that carried them to the title last season, as Mark Buttigieg’s side have already lost four of their opening eight matches.

But despite their struggles, the Spartans are five points adrift of the Paolites and a win on Sunday would put them firmly back in contention to challenge for the Premier League crown.
