GREE Sliema Hotsticks edged Trust Payments Floriana Young Stars 3-2.
As usual, this was an encounter between two well-balanced teams who produced some entertaining hockey.
Christian Sammut, Christ Agius, and Alessandro Amore were on the mark for the Blues while Karl Chircop and Leon Gatt scored Floriana’s goals.
Meanwhile from the under 17 league, Qormi Daikin beat Marsaskala Heat 5-2.
