
Martina Borg made her 12th appearance for Roma Calcio Femminile as they lost 3-1 to San Marino on home soil, in the women’s Serie B.
Borg, who is part of the Malta women’s national team, came on from the bench in the second half.
Roma CF sit bottom of the Serie B standings with 10 points to show for their efforts after 15 games.
In next weekend’s game, Roma CF will face Sassari Torres in Sardenia. Prior to joining Roma CF, Borg spent two seasons at Sassari Torres with whom she won promotion to Serie B during the 2020/2021 campaign.
