
The Bowling Academy has achieved some excellent results at the Youth European Tour stop in Winterhur in Switzerland.
In fact, Kayden Lagana and Nicolai Mallia topped their age category while Tomas Caruso placed second in his age cass.
Lagana produced an accomplished display in the Under 16 category when he managed to finish at the top of the leaderboard with a score of 1,304.
The young bowler came agonisingly close to winning a medal in the overall category after placing fourth overall with an overall score of 2,226.
The gold medal here went to Vincent Vluggen, of the Netherlands, who scored 2,389 ahead of Rozo Knezic, of Croatia, who compiled 2,378 while Germany’s Marcel Kraft, took bronze with 2,264.
Nicolai Mallia finished at the top of the standings in the U-13 Mix tournament with a score of 1,263. Here, he finished ahead of Caruso who ended his commitments with 1,027 pins.
In the overall standings, Mallia placed sixth overall with a combined score of 2,209 while Caruso ended his commitments in 13th place on 1,896.
