Floriana have announced that promising player Mattia Veselji has extended his contract with the Greens until 2025.
The FA Trophy winners continued to strengthen their squad with local talent having also signed young goalkeeper Duncan Formosa who spent last season at Gudja United.
Veselji, 20, is currently part of the U-21’s selection with whom he scored twice in four games. He also made his international debut during Malta’s 1-0 loss to Venezuela in an international friendly earlier this month.
At the Greens, Veselji played 11 games in all competitions and scored his only goal during a 2-1 victory against Gudja United.
