Sliema Wanderers have announced the return of Alfred Attard to the club.
Attard, who has plenty of experience in the local game, will return to the Blues in the role of Technical Director as he will be aiding newly-appointed coach Paul Zammit.
Sliema will be playing the BOV Challenge League and are looking for an immediate promotion to Malta’s top-flight.
Attard was an assistant coach to Stephen Azzopardi when Sliema won the FA Trophy back in the 2008/2009 season.
In recent years, Attard had coaching spells at Mqabba, Żabbar St Patrick, Żebbuġ Rangers and Marsaxlokk.
