Mosta FC have been very busy in the summer transfer window to try and rejuvenate their foreigners line-up for the new season.
The Premier League side have focused their transfer business on the African market as they managed to lure to their fold nine new players.
Patrick Mensah and Jacob Nii Martey Akrong hail from Ghana and are set to bolster the team’s defensive department.
On the other hand, the Blues have brought in Cameroon defender Steve Kingue.
The other overseas players brought to the club all hail from Nigeria.
Victor Ifeanyi Mbata is a young striker who formed part of AS Roma’s Academy in Nigeria and he will line up with fellow forwards Precious Linus Tenebe and Glamour Eziefula.
Two other forwards hailing from Nigeria are Akiti Tobi and Michael Okoh Chidera, who despite being at a very young age are very talented.
Joseph Ibe Feargod, on the other hand, is a towering Nigeria defender who will surely bolster their defence.
Added to that, the Blues have also retained the services of Nigerian midfielder Geoffrey Acheampong and French midfielder Boubakary Diarra who impressed for the club during the second part of last season and played a key role in the team’s successful bid to retain their Premier League status.
