Dutch international midfielder Jackie Groenen has joined Paris Saint-Germain on a three-year contract after she left Manchester United, the French club said on Thursday.
The 27-year-old will join up with her international teammate Lieke Martens at PSG, who were semi-finalists in last season’s women’s Champions League.
Martens and Groenen previously played together at German club Duisburg.
PSG said in a statement Groenen had joined on a three-season deal until 2025.
Groenen signed for Manchester United in 2019 and made 60 appearances for the club.
She will help strengthen the PSG midfield after German player Sara Dabritz moved to the Parisians’ arch domestic rivals Lyon in the close season.
Groenen has made 92 appearances for the Netherlands and was part of the team that won Euro 2017.
