Birkirkara’s Jose Borg has won the second round coach’s accolade of the Assikura Women’s League.
Under Borg’s guidance, the Birkirkara women’s team is still unbeaten this season and well on course to retain the league crown as they lead second-placed Swieqi United by six points at the top of the standings.
The Stripes, who have also won the Assikura Women’s Super Cup this season, are on a run of nine consecutive victories.
They will be in action on Wednesday night when they face Hibernians, at the Centenary Stadium.
