Maltese youth Emma Ciantar Piccinino was involved for both Sunderland Foundation of Light Academy and Sunderland West End Ladies between Wednesday and Sunday.
On Wednesday, Ciantar Piccinino played full game for Sunderland FoL as they fell to a 3-1 defeat to Durham U-21’s as they slip into third place in their league.
Meanwhile, she donned the colours of Sunderland West End Ladies in their County Cup quarter-finals against CLS Amazons.
With the Maltese player playing for 75 minutes as a midfielder, West End Ladies clinched a place into the final four with a 3-0 victory.
