
Swieqi United have announced that the two high-profile European clubs will be joining them in the KHS U-12’s Cup that will be held this weekend, at the Victor Tedesco Stadium.
The tournament will host other local teams as well namely Pieta’ Hotspurs, Birkirkara, St Andrews, Ħamrun Spartans, Floriana and Balzan.
In an official statement on Swieqi United’s social media, club president Justin Fenech heaped praise on the organisation of such an event.
“It is events like these that give our Academy players a unique experience and allows us to showcase Malta as a great football destination,” he said.
